Terms of Service - TripSolid

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TripSolid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Other parts are offered as a one-time purchase, including a "Lifetime" plan. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their billing and refund policies. A one-time or "Lifetime" purchase grants access for as long as we continue to operate the Service, and does not entitle you to a refund if the Service is discontinued as described in Section 8.

6. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content.

8. Termination and Discontinuation of Service

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. We may also discontinue the Service entirely, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice before fully discontinuing the Service. Discontinuing the Service does not entitle you to a refund for any Subscription or one-time purchase, including Lifetime access, except where required by applicable law or by the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, including any guarantee that the Service will remain available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripSolid and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed flights or connections, additional travel or lodging costs, lost data, or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, except where applicable consumer protection law entitles you to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.
